To protect patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive and personal patient data, you can refer to the Medical Records Department, where, upon display of your National Identity Card and submission of your written request in person, you can receive a copy of your medical records by fax or e-mail.

Furthermore, a copy of your medical records can also be given to a relative by way of an authorization signed by a competent authority or it can be sent by courier at the recipient's expense.

In cases of neonates or minors, written requests for and receipt of copies of medical records are accepted only by the parents, provided that both parents display their National Identity Cards or by a duly authorized person by both parents, who holds a signed authorization from a competent authority.
