Within the framework of complying with the Health and Safety Guidelines, following the recommendation of the Clinic’s Infection Control Committee, we would like to inform you that only 1 caretaker/visitor per inpatient is permitted, who may alternate.
The use of protective face masks by caretakers/visitors is mandatory ONLY:
In case of immunocompromised patient hospitalization (patients with Oncologic/Hematologic conditions);
In the Units (ICU, PICU)
In the Pediatric Clinic
In the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
** Those who wish to use face masks for personal reasons may use them.
General Rules
Compliance with Hygiene Rules in all Areas of the Clinic. The Clinic’s areas must be kept clean.
The use of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Clinic.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to enter.
During medical consultations, medical or nursing procedures, when protective measures are in place, and during patient rest times *, relatives, visitors, or caretakers are not allowed in the room (they may stay in the floor’s lounge). *Pediatric patients of the Clinic are excluded from this rule.
Visitors are strictly prohibited from staying in the rooms during breastfeeding, as well as during patients' mealtimes.
Caretakers of a different gender are strictly prohibited from staying overnight in multi-bed rooms with Obstetric / Gynecological patients.
The toilets in the patient wards are strictly for the exclusive use of hospitalized patients. Visitors / Caretakers may use the public restrooms available on each hospitalization floor.
