The 14^th Hybrid Scientific One-Day Conference of IASO Children’s Hospital on the topic “Contemporary Pediatric Issues – Infections and Vaccines” will be held on Saturday, April 4^th, 2026, at 09:00 a.m., at IASO Hospital’s Event Hall (37-39 Kifissias Ave, Maroussi), focusing on modern developments in the field of pediatrics, with an emphasis on infections and vaccines.

The conference, which has become an established institution for the scientific community, will host distinguished scientists and will cover topics such as pediatric infections (RSV, urinary tract infections, neonatal infections), modern diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, as well as developments in vaccination. In addition, topics related to the surgical treatment of infections and the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration will be presented. Special reference will also be made to the mental health of children and adolescents in the post-COVID era, as well as to the role of nursing personnel in patient safety. The conference is supported by the participation of distinguished scientists in the fields of pediatrics, infectious diseases, surgery and its subspecialties, who will share specialized knowledge and valuable clinical experience.
