The Department of Maternal & Fetal Medicine at IASO Clinic, in collaboration with Ian Donald Inter – University School of Medical Ultrasound and the Hellenic Society of Prenatal Diagnosis and Fetal Therapy are holding a Scientific Study Day titled “Ultrasonography in Obstetrics and Gynecology”, on Saturday 21 February 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in the Events Hall of IASO Clinic, 37-39 Kifissias Avenue, Maroussi.

The aim of the Study Day is to cover all the advances made in the field of Obstetric and Gynecologic Ultrasonography. In particular, renowned scientists Obstetricians and Gynecologists have been invited to present all current data in this field. The official guests-speakers of the event shall be Messrs Asim Kurjak, Professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology, Chairman of the Ian Donald Inter – University School of Medical Ultrasound and Gian Carlo Di Renzo, MD, FRCOG, (Hon.), Professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology at the University of Perugia, Secretary General of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO).

IASO Clinic shall be represented by Specialists Messrs Marianna Theodora, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Lecturer at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, 1st Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, “Alexandra” Hospital, Stelios Kitmiridis, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Fetal Medicine Specialist, Ioannis Tziotis MD, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Ploutarchos Kourtis, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Panagiotis Antsaklis, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Doctor of Medicine at the University of Athens, Fetal Medicine Specialist, Academic Fellow at the 1st Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Athens, “Alexandra” Hospital, and Konstantinos Kalmantis, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Professor at the University of Athens.

The Specialists who are scientifically responsible for the event are Messrs Aristides Antsaklis, MD, PhD, FRCOG, (Hon.), Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Athens, Chief of IASO’s Department of Maternal & Fetal Medicine and Paraskevas Petropoulos, Doctor of Medicine at the University of Athens, Chief of the Department of Obstetric and Gynecologic Ultrasonography at IASO.
