A Conference on Therapeutic Developments in Oncology will take place in the IASO Hospital Events Hall (37-39 Kifisias Avenue, Marousi) on Friday 7 February 2020, at 14:00, and on Saturday 8 February 2020, at 09:00.

The Conference is being organized by the Scientific & Educational Institute of Clinical Oncology, under the aegis of the Hellenic Society of Pathology, the Hellenic Society of Surgical Oncology, the Hellenic Society of Radiation Oncology and the Hellenic Society of Medical Oncology.

The Organizing Committee consists of Vasileios A. Georgoulias, Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Crete; Evangelos Maragkoudakis, MD, Director of the IASO Radiation Oncology Center; and Theodoros Panoskaltsis, MD, PhD, FRCOG, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology & Endoscopic Surgery, University of Athens, Aretaieio Hospital.

Distinguished physicians of various medical specialties – including oncologists, surgeons, radiotherapists, gynecologists, anatomic pathologists, urologists, hematologists, etc. – from IASO and other hospitals will participate in the Conference as speakers.

This scientific event aims to showcase the significant developments in the treatment of cancer and highlight the essential role of a multifaceted approach to patient treatment.
