Το FILOKTITIS-Recovery & Rehabilitation Center is recertified to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and annual Audit of the sector-specific quality management standard for healthcare ΕΛΟΤ EN 15224:2017 by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).

Within the framework of the quality policy it applies, Filoktitis is one of the first Rehabilitation Centers in Greece to receive the sector-specific quality management standard for healthcare ELOT EN 15224: 2017, which confirms the high level of services provided.

In the light of providing excellent care and safety, Filoktitis is certified for its high operating standards and creates the ideal patient environment. Such certification is of great importance, as it is both healthcare-specific and a valuable tool for continuous improvement of the services provided. The essential additional requirement of ELOT EN 15224: 2017 relates to the identification and management of Clinical Risks in all activities of the organization, thus minimizing adverse events and increasing the positive outcomes for patients.

FILOKTITIS, a member of IASO Group, holds all required certifications; in addition to ELOT EN 15224: 2017, it has been additionally certified to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) and to TEMOS for International Medical Tourism.
