05/04/2018 - Successful acquisition by Hellenic Healthcare of IASO General

The takeover agreement for the transfer of IASO General’s shares to HELLENIC HEALTHCARES.AR.L. was concluded today, pursuant to the agreement dated 5.11.2017. In particular, 97.2% of the shares held by the company were sold for 19,446,000 €, and the amount paid was solely used for the impairment of bank lending. The shares held by IASO General in subsidiaries of IASO Group, the most important being the shareholding in IASO Thessalias (72.31%), had been acquitted earlier by IASO Southern Suburbs.
