Prevention is crucial, given diabetes exhibits no significant symptoms for a long period of time. It affects people over the age of 45 years, and particularly those with genetic predisposition, women with gestational diabetes history, obese smokers, and hypertensive patients of all ages. Patients with established diabetes are advised to undergo regular monitoring for proper regulation of the disease.

Today, diabetics can have a normal, problem-free life if they want to! The treatment of diabetes is a dynamic procedure that must be fully incorporated into a patient’s daily routine.
