IASO Group, in the context of the continuous improvement of its provided services, is looking to recruit:
 
Full-time Administrative Personnel

 
The position requires working 24-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) and weekend shifts.
 
 
Main objectives:

  • Data entry
  • Customer service and management, guidance and provision of relevant information
  • Management of financial transactions with clients
  • Management of phone calls and incoming-outgoing emails
  • Filing and recordkeeping
  • Maintenance of relevant electronic records

 
Necessary Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education graduate or equivalent certificate for Secretarial training
  • Bachelor’s degree by a University (AEI) / Technological Educational Institute (TEI) is desirable
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Highly proficient with MS Office and computers
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Communicative & team spirit
  • Pleasant disposition and appetite for learning and training
  • Reliability & Loyalty
