Full-time Administrative Personnel
The position requires working 24-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) and weekend shifts.
Main objectives:
- Data entry
- Customer service and management, guidance and provision of relevant information
- Management of financial transactions with clients
- Management of phone calls and incoming-outgoing emails
- Filing and recordkeeping
- Maintenance of relevant electronic records
Necessary Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education graduate or equivalent certificate for Secretarial training
- Bachelor’s degree by a University (AEI) / Technological Educational Institute (TEI) is desirable
- Very good command of the English language
- Highly proficient with MS Office and computers
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Communicative & team spirit
- Pleasant disposition and appetite for learning and training
