CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER

Full-time and exclusive employment. The position reports to the company’s Financial Services Director.  
 
 
Job description:

• Regular communication with customers and management of overdue balances
• Carrying out credit control of customers in collaboration with the Finance and Legal Department
• Creation of statistical and accounting reports related to collections
• Maintenance and continuous updating of the file for the provision of performance incentives per customer, based on commercial agreements and estimates
• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the company's credit policy
   
  

Ideal candidate profile:

• 5+ years of experience in an equivalent credit control position
• Degree in Finance
• Very good command of the English language (communication with international customers)
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Highly competent in the use of SAP ERP
• Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Understanding of Commercial and Accounting issues
• Team management
• Management of time plans and deadlines
• Highly competent in planning, organizing and taking initiative
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication at all levels
• Integrity, discretion, team spirit and extroversion
