Innovative culinary experience by 2-Michelin star chefs, Georgianna Hiliadaki and Nikos Roussos


IASO partnered with the two chefs, breaking new ground by introducing an Exclusive Menu, prepared with wellness, seasonality and a Greek flair in mind. Based on quality ingredients from selected Greek producers and healthy nutrition, always in collaboration with the IASO nutritionists, the Chefs have created dishes which can be described by words such as: freshness, tastiness, tradition, warmth, hospitality and comfort.
