Nowadays, chronic bronchitis is a common problem, tormenting a great number of children whose only symptom is a productive (wet or chesty) cough that doesn’t seem to ‘quit’ or is frequently recurrent. Children usually do not visit the Pulmonology Office in time, given that they do not manifest other distinct symptoms such as fever or dyspnea.
