IASO: Home Fit Home “Open Air Edition” with a Pilates class for new and expectant mothers
IASO is organizing for the 2nd time the unique Pilates event Home Fit Home "Open Air Edition" on Thursday, June 9th, at 17:00, at the IASO outdoor area.
IASO’s award-winning program with Mandy Persaki is being broadcast LIVE and is inviting you to the best Pilates class for new and expectant mothers.
For registrations, call us at 210 6383905 (Wednesday – Friday 9.00-15.00). Valid for a limited number of places.
In addition, the class will be broadcast Live via Instagram.
Make sure to get the approval of your Obstetrician – Gynecologist that you may exercise.
