The IASO Endoscopic Surgery Department (ODS) in collaboration with the 2nd Obstetrics - Gynecology Clinic of the University Hospital of Athens "Aretaieio", having Mr. Nikolaos Vlahos, MD, FACOG, Professor of Obstetrics / Gynecology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) as Director, are organizing the "6th Educational Seminar on Diagnostic and Invasive Hysteroscopy", on Thursday 19^th and Friday 20^th of May 2022 at the IASO Events Hall.

Training in actual surgeries, with participation in hands-on practice and concurrent live streaming will be included in the seminar. The LIVE Hysteroscopic Surgeries will take place on Friday, May 20^th 2022.

The purpose of the seminar is the briefing of Obstetricians / Gynecologists regarding the applications and developments of Hysteroscopic Surgery and the program includes:

• Basic principles concerning the organization of the operating room, the cases’ safe management and the avoidance of possible complications
• Targeted speeches by distinguished speakers, which refer to specific gynecological conditions and their proper treatment
• Live streaming of hysteroscopic surgeries during which the participating doctors will be able to comment and ask questions to the surgeon

The seminar will be framed by Associate Doctors from the IASO Endoscopic Surgery Department (ODS) and the 2nd Obstetrics - Gynecology Clinic of the University Hospital of Athens "Aretaieio", as its speakers. The attendance of the seminar will be feasible in person, after having registered.
