Allergic conditions in children and adolescents require specialized assessment and an individualized approach based on each child’s age, symptoms and specific needs.

Conditions evaluated and treated include:

allergic rhinitis
food and drug allergies
atopic dermatitis (eczema)
urticaria and angioedema
anaphylaxis
allergies to insect stings.

Depending on the individual case, diagnostic assessment may include skin prick tests, patch tests and challenge tests.

The aim is to identify potential allergens at an early stage, provide appropriate treatment and offer families the information and guidance they need to effectively manage allergies in everyday life.
