IASO Thessalias successfully hosted the scientific symposium “Human and Bicycle – Two Machines, One Philosophy”, organized by the 2nd Orthopaedic Department and Sports Injuries Unit. The event explored the relationship between sports medicine and competitive cycling through a multidisciplinary scientific approach. 

The symposium brought together healthcare professionals, athletes and cycling enthusiasts to discuss injury prevention, performance optimization, biomechanics and the medical aspects of cycling. It highlighted the close connection between medical science and athletic performance, emphasizing the importance of prevention, training and specialized healthcare support.
