The 5^th Surgery Clinic of IASO General Clinic is organizing a Scientific One-Day Conference on the topic “Anal & Pelvic Floor Disorders”, which will be held on Saturday, June 21^st, 2025, at 09:00 a.m., at IASO Hospital’s Event Hall. 

The conference will focus on common as well as complex conditions of the perinatal region that affect a significant portion of the general population, such as hemorrhoidal disease, anal fissures and fistulas, neoplasms of the area, incontinence, and HPV infection. The topics will cover the latest diagnostic and therapeutic advances, by emphasizing modern, evidence-based approaches and interventions.

The main goal of the conference is to highlight the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the holistic treatment of these disorders, involving specialties such as general surgeons, oncologists, gynecologists, urologists, gastroenterologists, and infectious disease specialists. Through lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions, the event will accentuate the exchange of knowledge and clinical experience based on current literature and the latest guidelines, with the ultimate aim of improving patient care and quality of life through a personalized and multifactorial approach.
