The “Management and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage: 4T’s – PAS”   Workshop and the 4^th Seminar on the topic: “Postpartum Hemorrhage: Management and Treatment Step by Step”, will be held on Saturday, November 15^th and Sunday, November 16^th, 2025, at IASO Hospital’s Event Hall.

The seminar is organized by the Hellenic College Research of Uterus - Placenta, having Ms. Marilia Nikolaidou, Obstetrician – Gynecologist, Consultant, Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) Treatment Department, IASO, and Mr. Stavros Fotopoulos, Obstetrician – Gynecologist, Director, Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) Treatment Department, IASO,   Operating and Delivery Room Coordinator, IASO, as Scientific Directors.

The seminar is addressed to all Obstetricians - Gynecologists, both Specialists and Residents, as well as to all Health Professionals involved in the delivery process.

The seminar’s goal is to provide them with the necessary knowledge and tools in order to identify and treat Postpartum Hemorrhage and PAS.

The seminar’s theoretical section includes:

• Lectures completely focused on daily practice and effective management of all circumstances that may lead to Postpartum Hemorrhage.
• Interactive attendance of Postpartum Hemorrhage cases after both vaginal and c-section deliveries.
• Presentation and discussion on Postpartum Hemorrhage and PAS cases.

In the Hands-On Workshop, the participants will be given the chance to train on techniques of both hemorrhage identification and control, on manikins:

• Hemostatic B-Lynch Sutures
• Celox hemostatic gauze application
• Bakri Balloon placement
• Visual estimation of hemorrhage
